Jason Rich grew up riding, training and drawing horses on a small farm in southern Idaho. His interest in art began on that farm at a young age, which led to art study at Utah State University. Upon completing his education, Jason dedicated himself to pursuing art full time and quickly established himself in the art market receiving much recognition in prestigious shows. The elite Cowboy Artists of America organization accepted Jason into the group in 2011 and in 2013 Jason was the featured poster artist for the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival.
Every year the Fall Arts Festival welcomes a resident artist as part of the Open Studio Tour throughout the Jackson Hole Town Square. For the year 2013, resident artist Jason Rich was FAF's feature artist with whom we worked with at Open Creative to help carry his fine art vision across all design and print collateral promoting both his nomination and feature as well as the Annual Fall Arts Festival in Jackson Hole.
With Open Creative, I was integrated into the creation of design vision with the featured artist and creative director, Julie. Upon establishment of creative direction, I implemented the brand guidelines for the event and transitioned it all over to the collateral produced.
