Increased efficiency of operations and capacity of additional clients by onboarding and training staff to Asana, a CMS which streamlined project management, client retention, timeline management, proofing, and inventory systems.
Implemented a consistent style guide and served as lead designer, re-designing internal collateral including print advertising, web, and email campaigns, elevating the company brand resulting in 150% increase in customer traffic. Website re-design which included product development, creating process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications to effectively communicate high-level design and detailed interaction behaviors and communication with the end user, and relaunched with new branding assets for 2020.
Integrated new brand assets into intake forms, lookbooks, proofing systems, client contracts, estimates and invoicing forms and set up interactive PDF's for wedding invitations and stationery, welcome gifts, and luxury tabletop décor.
Created individual wedding branding and logo design including print design for 2020 custom collection for wedding stationery clientele including save the dates, invitations suites, day of print collateral, custom packaging and welcome gifting, event signage and saw designs through the full product life cycle from beginning conceptualization to the end of production and delivery.
Designed and provided front end development of clients’ bridal websites including the creation of ten new custom themed bridal websites for Xowyo to offer as part of their branding package to their clientele. Web templates included creating user-centered design solutions (flows, prototypes, wireframes) and solid visual designs (mockups and style guides) based off the 2020 collection of new bridal brands completed for Xowyo's signature collection.

I was part of the creation of a marketing training system that was launched to over 80+ franchise units and supported by 1:1 weekly training calls for additional technical support. Since launching the marketing and digital asset creation program in 2017, the franchise has been featured in the Forbes 500 fastest growing franchises in both 2018 and 2019, with the growth metrics jumping from breaking into the top 500 in 2018 to the 147th spot for 2019.
Oversaw implementation of a brand style guide + brand strategy company-wide. Re-designed collateral, in-store signage, promotions, online banners, profile icons and illustration. Art directed an additional 1000+ pieces of design assets, with Jr. designer, to the corporate library, over a twelvy month initiative. Onboarded print collateral to Vistaprint Corporate account for franchisee collateral ordering.
Created 15+ hours video training in Teachable for franchisee education on SEO for location microsites, Facebook Ads and Pixel, A/B testing, social media marketing and a print + digital marketing for all new locations opening. Provided 1-on-1 training with franchisees weekly for 8 pre-launch marketing for new locations including weekly analytics, ad performance and marketing strategy audits. Audits included compiling excel reports from mulitple data sources to share with stakeholders for reporting showcasing business metrics and using analytical skills to present KPI's and busienss metric reporting within our advertising platforms.
In year one, helped grow our cumulative stores' presence on Facebook from 10K to 50k+ followers franchise-wide (cumulative totals encompassing all units). In year two of employment, our A/B Facebook ad testing helped new stores launch with an average of over 1,000 followers per store prior to grand opening with geo-targeted Facebook ads.
Onboarded franchise to Yelp, increasing from 3 stores online to all units enrolled. Star rating increased from 2 stars to 4 stars during our Yelp campaign initiative and customer service training on getting positive reviews from customers. Top yelp location in Fontana, California saw an additional increase of +$12k + in sales from Yelp conversions.
Directed & managed innovative monthly editorial and content marketing calendars within Asana and offered training for franchise utilization and onboarded the company to a corporate Lava Surf account for streamlined social media posting for all social media accounts in coordination with national branding.
Consulted on re-design of corporate website and franchise microsites as well as with the launch of the loyalty app to help simplify user-experience cor consumer usability both on web and mobile applications through user testing, recommended user interface proposals and design, and wireframing and mockups to help facilitate a more friendly customer eperience.

Launched, owned and operated a boutique letterpress branding and social stationery studio which handled the design, manufacturing and branding projects associated with meeting client design and web development needs with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Established supply chain management that encompassed the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion, and logistics management including coordination and collaboration with channel partners, suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, through manufacturing, distribution, wholsale and retail partners into the end user consumer for all product.
Created a successful social media campaign on both Pinterest and Twitter in 2009 for Dingbat Press and grew a following to 5,000+ followers on Twitter within the first 24 months on the platform, and 19k followers on Pinterest by 2012.
Launched a self-hosted ecommerce store that helped generate a cost savings of $10k in the first year of transitioning out of the Etsy platform. 30% of new business sales revenue came from self-hosting the retail arm of Dingbat Press. Custom designed and self hosted DingbatPress.com on the WordPress platform and performed all installations, programming, and developed the user interface in line with the brand vision in-house.
Managed a team of interns and freelancers with strong communication skills in a remote and distributed enviornment with over 1,500+ designed and custom printed projects over 8 years in a strong customer focused service oriented studio setting.
Nominated at both the 2011 and 2012 Louie Awards at the National Stationery Show for best new product in the following categories: Luxury Holiday Greeting Cards, Luxury Wedding Suite, Luxury Wedding Collections, Every Day Social Stationery, with an honerable mention award in the Luxury Holiday Greeting Cards for 2012.
